1. Service Overview

Webainar provides AI-powered webinar script generation services. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Plans & Pricing

Single Plan ($29)

• One-time purchase for 1 script credit
• Can be purchased multiple times to accumulate credits
• Credits are added to your account and can be used at any time
• If you have an active subscription, Single purchases add credits on top

Starter Plan ($99/month)

• Monthly subscription: 5 scripts per month
• Resets on the 1st of each month
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled

PRO Plan ($199/month)

• Monthly subscription: 3 scripts per day
• Resets daily at midnight UTC
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled

3. Billing & Payments

Upgrades

• Take effect immediately
• Prorated charges apply (you pay the difference for remaining days)
• Usage counters reset to give you full access to new plan limits

Downgrades & Cancellations

• Plan downgrades are not currently available through the interface
• To cancel: Contact support or use Stripe Customer Portal (when available)
• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
• You retain access to your plan until the end of the paid period

4. Refund Policy

• Single purchases: No refunds after script generation begins
• Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months
• You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges

5. Usage Limits

• Usage limits are strictly enforced
• Limits reset automatically (daily for PRO, monthly for Starter)
• Unused scripts do not roll over to the next period
• Single plan credits do not expire and can be used at any time

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions
• AI model availability issues
• Script quality variations

7. Content & Usage Rights

• Generated scripts are for your personal or commercial use
• You retain full rights to generated content
• We do not store your generated scripts permanently
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content

8. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Share your account with others
• Resell generated scripts as a service
• Attempt to bypass usage limits
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Generate content that violates our content policy

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Engage in abusive behavior
• Attempt to exploit or hack the service

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
